WHO ARE WE?
BELLETTO is translated from Italian, means beauty. Belletto is a beauty service platform.
BELLETTO functions:
- Allowing individual who has beauty related skills or qualifications to provide their services to end user
- A marketplace to sell cosmetics, skin cares, beauty courses and other beauty related products to end user
- End user able to engage preferred service providers any time any where according to their budget. Negotiation is available between user and service provider
Problem Face by Market:
Beauty Service Provider
- No proper platform in order to source for clients after completed beauty courses.
- Longer time to build own profile and portfolio.
- Expensive marketing cost to create brand awareness and advertising.
- Lower income earner (average RM2000 per month according to www.indeed.com.my) if working with beauty saloon, center or corporation.
End User:
- Pricing is not transparent in the market. User force to pay what market charged.
- Do not have a proper platform to source for / screen through all nearer service provider when needed.
- Hard to engage idealy service provider (in term of quality, budget & style) in short period of time or last minutes.
However, there are few competitors in the market, Belletto has provided a comprehensive of beauty services which could create it Eco System to generate more profits in the platform and solve the current problem in the market. Thus, it could be sustained longer in the market.
Fund Raising
We hope to raise a total fund of RM300k to kick start our project. We hope to create more job opportunity to the public especially house wife, students, people with passion and creativity in beauty industry. The buget allocation as below:

1. Source for Service Provider
Challenge:
We need to source for at least 1000 service provider within 3 months to kick start the platform to let user have more variety of services is one of the challenge to us. Our team needs interview, quality checked to make sure all the service provider able to deliver on par.
Risk:
Promises breach or discontinue of cooperation between Belletto and academy.
Solution:
We looks for cooperations with Academy (eg: make up & hair-do academy, etc). Those students with certifications allow our team to shorter the time of quality checked. By gathering all the performed beauty service providers from academies allow us to have ready source to kick start the platform. Belletto will sign an mutual agreement to protect each other interest.
2. Get more user to join the platform
Get user to join and spend in Belletto is the most challenging part to us. As a newly formed marketplace, we need to create brand awareness, assure platform's quality and credibility, it may requires different ways of promotions and marketing strategies.
Risk: Spend out of budget

We will promote through facebook marketing, google SEO & SEM, youtube channel and influencer to gain more awareness.
Offline Advertising:
By referral programmes, exhibition, beauty association and events.
